Hi everyone, thanks for checking in with me. I am happy and harmonious. Thank you for all of your support, comments, prayers and positive thinking. I am finally on the other side and it really feels good.
I can finally say, waking up isn’t a nightmare of pain.
Getting to be in a good place can be a challenge, but it is a worthwhile destination. Now when I wake up, I appreciate the start of a new day. I am just so grateful to be feeling good and I couldn’t of got here without you!
I just want to share the things that really helped me and so they can help you or someone else you know.
Knowing that I was loved and people really cared about me really helped me know this moment of despair is temporary and this love is infinite and one day I would be smiling again and feeling happy.
Listening to music really lifted me up and joining in and singing along with my favourite tunes was really beneficial. There were days when the lyrics spoke to me and just gave me hope. Some of my favourites were One love, Three little birds, Heaven must be missing an angel, Hustle and My first my last my everything.
Laughing really helped as well, my children reminded me of everything I had ever said that was hilarious and how their cute little faces made me laugh. One of my favourites was: What do you call a dog sitting too close to a fire? A hot dog! I just chuckled as I typed it, so it is still working it’s magic.
Swimming was such a great source of relief, feeling weightless in the water and just relaxing with my sons was great but it was some time before I was up to swimming. But when I did feel up to it, I loved it so much.
My Tens machine was my first source of relief, it really helped. It really helped with the physical healing of the wounds and the doctors and physiotherapists were really impressed. Oh having physio was really great, it helped push my body in a safe and healthy way.
So there you have it. I am back, relieved and grateful because suffering and misery are awful. Being happy and harmonious is great!
Take care and know I appreciate you so much!

I truly love your site.. Very nice colors & theme. Did you make this amazing site yourself?
Please reply back as I’m attempting to create my very own site and would love to find out where
you got this from or just what the theme is
called. Kudos!
