Keeping training

Hello everyone,

great news, just checked the TeachFirst Site and all 3000 running places have been filled.

There is still a waiting list that people can sign up for and they still require volunteers.

Thanks to everyone for signing up.

Lets keep training and getting fit it is a good way to be motivated for success.

I have included the link below and it will explain how education needs to help those who face challenges and need help. Lets make more people aware of the needs of our children.

  1. If we are physically fit, then we can remain mentally fit too. But if we don’y care about our body, it’ll make you sick both physically as well as mentally. It’ll also make us motivated all the time to do our work.

  2. I would like to be the volunteer for this Run the River. I love to help people with any kind of challenges. You can increase your self-confidence by becoming physicall and mentally fit. BTW I would like to add one famous line, “People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily.”
